Are your caravan awnings compatible with all models?

Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping options?

We offer two shipping methods:
Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 days after dispatch
Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over £50, delivered in 15-25 days after dispatch

How long does order processing take?

Orders placed before 2pm GMT are typically processed the same business day. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Standard shipping via DHL/FedEx requires a physical address. EMS can deliver to some PO boxes depending on location.

Are duties and taxes included in the price?

Prices exclude any local import duties – these are the customer’s responsibility. EU orders include VAT.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of receipt if your gear isn’t perfect. Items must be in original condition with all packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
