Shipping Information
We offer two reliable shipping options to get your outdoor gear to you:
Standard Shipping
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Shipping cost: £12.95
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Available for orders over £50
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Areas: We ship globally, excluding some Asian countries and remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Vango Shop purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, our simple returns process makes it easy to get a refund or exchange.
Our Returns Policy
- Return window: 15 days from receipt of order
- Eligibility requirements:
- Items must be unused and in original condition with tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Air pumps and awning pumps
- Opened Campingaz products
- Electrical items that haven’t been tested if reported as faulty
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days with subject “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number.
- Provide Details: In your email, specify:
- Item(s) to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you want refund or exchange
- Await Instructions: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping address.
- Ship Your Return: Package item securely and send to provided address. We recommend using a trackable service.
Refund Processing
- Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Method: Refund issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive email confirmation when refund is processed
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
